The Minnamurra River is located 80 kilometres south of Sydney on the NSW south coast. This diversity rich tidal river lined with mangrove forests and seagrass beds, is an ideal location for canoeing, fishing and paddle boarding, mangrove fieldwork studies plus biophysical interactions studies.
Biology excursions meet at Trevethan Reserve off Riverside Drive. Bus parking on Riverside Drive (opp).
Geography and Marine Studies excursions meet at James Oates Reserve off Charles Avenue.
All meeting points are a short walk from Minnamurra train station.
